my-coloring-book.com provides a platform that allows users to upload their own photos and, using artificial intelligence ("AI"), transform them into stylized coloring book pages. Users can download and print these images, and may also order custom-printed physical coloring books.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload and the resulting coloring book images you create ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant my-coloring-book.com a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display your User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, using your User Content for the purpose of generating the AI coloring book images and for fulfillment of your physical product orders.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload to the Service. You agree that your User Content will not:

You acknowledge that the coloring book images are generated by AI. While we strive to produce high-quality, relevant results, the Service may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate output. We make no guarantee as to the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the AI-generated content.
When you order a physical custom coloring book, you agree to provide accurate and complete shipping and payment information. We partner with third-party print-on-demand services (the "Fulfillment Partners") to produce and ship your orders. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the Fulfillment Partners or their shipping carriers.
Due to the custom nature of the physical products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. You must notify us of any such issues within a reasonable time frame, and we will work with our Fulfillment Partners to resolve the issue.
Pricing for our digital and physical products is outlined on the my-coloring-book.com website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the specified monthly or annual fee. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my-coloring-book.com and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) any content obtained from the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
